A first edition of "The San Francisco Tape Music Center, 1960's Counterculture and the Avant-Garde," UCPress, 2008, inscribed by visual composer Tony Martin. This book includes a DVD, "Wow and Flutter: The San Francisco Tape Music Center, 1961-present," which contains thirteen light-sound compositions. These include collaborative works by Pauline Oliveros, Ramon Sender and Morton Subotnick. These works were recorded live, by the artists, at the retrospective performance (named Wow and Flutter) at EMPAC, New York, in 2004. These performances include:
