BIDS OVER $1000: Bidder registration forms may be required to place bids over $1,000, from bidders not known to CVM or those who have not had previous transactions with us. For our gallery and museum colleagues, please contact us if special arrangements are needed. Write us at cvmaccess (at) gmail.com.
This auction opens June 11, 12:01 am PST, and closes on June 25, 2014, 11:59 pm PST. By bidding via email to CVM, you certify that if you are the winner with the highest bid, you will pay for the item within 14 days of auction close, plus shipping costs and CA tax if required (for California residents). We do not charge a buyer's premium.
Bids are final and may not be retracted. Please include your full name, address, and phone number with your bid, and indicate you have read the bidding conditions. Your bid will be anonymous, we will list your bid amount and initials or a code name on the site.
"Starting bid" is the required opening bid; this amount has not been bid unless also listed as the "Current Bid" amount
Bid increments: If current bid is over $1,000 - $100 increments. If over $500 - $50; if under $500 - $25; If under $100 - $10
Bid prices do not include shipping charges. We are required to add 9% California sales tax to all California sales (items delivered to CA addresses). We ship artwork via Federal Express, and some books and posters may ship via USPS Priority Mail. You may supply your own shipping account number if you prefer. All items ship from Los Angeles, California. International shipments may be subject to duties or VAT which are the buyer's responsibility.
Payments accepted: Mastercard, Visa, check in US dollars on US bank, cash, wire transfer (wire for amounts over $500 only please). Paypal payments may be arranged but require a processing surcharge (Amex can be used through paypal system). Questions, please email cvmaccess (at) gmail.com or call CVM at 213-683-1514.
CVM reserves the right to reject bids from bidders who have not finalized previous transactions, not honored payment arrangements, or for inappropriate bids.
